Here are a few answers to our most common questions

Where do I fly into?

The closest airport to Sedona, Arizona is the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Sedona is about a 2 hour drive from the Phoenix Airport. You will want to arrive at the Phoenix Airport on Thursday, August 25th between 11:30am - 12:30pm. Book your departure for Monday, August 29th for anytime after 3:00pm. Checkout is at 11:00am with a 2 hour drive back to the airport.

Is transportation provided to and from the airport?

No. We recommend booking a shuttle from the airport with Groome transportation. You can book this online at www.groometransportation.com/sedona

Are meals included?

Yes. Daily breakfast and dinners are provided. Vegan, vegetarian and other special needs can be accommodated.

You are on your own for lunch. The restaurant on property has amazing options and there are also tons of other options within walking distance. The hotel is located in Uptown part of Sedona.

Do I have to be a yogi or have extensive yoga training to join the retreat?

No. The yoga classes will be suited for all levels to meet you where you're at. Yoga means "yoke" or "union" in sanskrit. It is meant to be inclusive for every body to help you reconnect the mind, the body and the soul.

Is this a women's only retreat?

Yes. This retreat is for women only. We do not discriminate - all races and LGBTQ people are welcomed.

What if I want to share a room, but don't have anyone to go with me?

No problem! Please call or text me at 904-962-4144 or dm me on instagram HERE and let me know so that I can find you a "roomie"! If you already have a friend that you'd like to room with. Please let me know their name, so that I can keep track.

Do I have to sign a contract to attend & if so, where do I find that information?

Yes. Any participants that wish or choose to accompany the group known as Aligned Soul Retreat shall be required to sign the Retreat Agreement and Liability Waiver that will be provided to you after payment is received.

If a participant is not, for any reason, able to provide their signature on the said documentation, then it is with great regret that we must disallow the participation of said participant on the retreat.

It is the Aligned Soul Retreats' deepest desire that each participant is able to join the retreat, but must respectfully understand that Mind Body Manifest - Laura Livermore LLC is a business and said business does require signatures on Contracts & Waivers prior to commencement of Aligned Soul Retreat.
