The Aligned Soul Retreat in Sedona was an incredible experience that I will never forget!
From the carefully crafted workshops and activities, delicious food, and amazing resort to the energizing red rock hikes, everything was perfect and thoughtfully planned out.

This was my first retreat and I went in with an open mind and heart to receive what I needed. Not only did I get what I needed, but I walked away with so much more. I left with a fire lit inside of me and a new tribe of 12 new soul sisters!

Laura and her team (Justin and Holly) orchestrated an amazing retreat that was focused around building a safe and welcoming space so that we could share vulnerably and be our authentic selves.

She is an incredible mentor and I look forward to joining Laura at the next retreat in Tulum. I can’t thank her enough, she’s amazing! If you are looking for expansion and want to take a journey of self-discovery, healing and connecting to your higher self, then this retreat is for you! If you’re on the fence, take the leap and invest in yourself…you will be happy you did.

I originally decided to join Laura's retreat because I instantly had a connection with her over a phone call. She brings a lot of inspiration, positive energy & real life experience to her sessions. I came to Sedona to reset & reconnect with myself. While I did reconnect with myself, I also connected with 9 amazingly beautiful feminine souls that are now not only my friends, but my soul sisters & soul tribe. The memories & bonds made will continue to inspire me & be a significant part of my spiritual journey.

I was looking for clarity & alignment on my purpose and career path. I got so much more than that! I got a chance to begin to heal trauma I never thought I'd be able to get rid of. I reconnected with my soul energy & guide team. I gave myself peace again. I definitely got clarity, but for the sake of peace which released a weird pressure of expectation I was carrying. I got to practice yoga everyday looking at the red rocks, hike through the energy vortexes & crawl into a cave. I got to connect deeply with 13 amazing women, eat delicious healthy food. I feel like I could go on & on! I certainly got more than I ever expected out of this retreat & highly recommend it!!

One word for this retreat for: TRANSFORMATIONAL. This is my 1st retreat, so of course I was anxious with anticipation, but I knew if I opened myself, I could make the best of the experience...and what an experience it was! Each day just got better & better! Laura did an excellent job of balancing physical activities with spiritual & mental activities. I enjoyed the free time in the middle of the day to unwind & created meaningful bonds with women I would have never met! Living in the day to day grind of being a wife, mother, business owner, etc it is a must to unplug & reset periodically to review what our true priorities should be. This retreat did exactly that! I'm eternally grateful for this experience & look forward to doing it again!

This retreat was an integral part of my healing journey, with knowledge that will continue to empower me to follow the path to happiness & ultimate spiritual health.  Taking the leap to go on this retreat was definitely out of my comfort zone, but one I'll never forget!! Everything was so organized & Laura's teachings were beautifully taught with precision. Each workshop gave us a divine message that elevated us to another level of happiness & relaxation. Also, I'm so grateful for the lovely soul-sisters I made there! I think it was the synergy of all the women that made this an unforgettable experience with lifelong friendships, love & respect for our individual journeys.
